Magnicity envisions this as the first high-altitude attraction with a net-zero carbon footprint, utilizing energy regeneration and autonomous energy production to ensure an entirely electric experience.
Designed in four formats ranging from 60 to over 150 meters, the Spiral Tower seamlessly integrates into urban landscapes with its lightweight steel structure. The modular base, serving as an embarkation platform, promises a vibrant experience with commercial activities such as boutiques, restaurants, exhibitions, and interactive spaces.
Each tower offers a customizable and interactive experience, featuring transparent electric cabins spiraling up and down for 15 to 25 minutes.
