With over a million visitors flocking to the Berlin TV Tower annually, Raue expresses his eagerness to showcase Berlin and Brandenburg cuisine in this revered location. “That’s why I’m even more excited to be making Berlin and Brandenburg cuisine there,” says the esteemed chef.
Despite his West Berlin upbringing and aversion to heights as a child, Raue now embraces the challenge of reaching such elevated heights both figuratively and literally.
